China Venture Capital Yearbook’2002 is the first most important reference book on venture capital in China, sponsored by Venture Capital Research Centre of Renmin University, it will be published in January, 2003..
The yearbook with more than 700 pages is composed by 10 parts and 43 chapters, including Theory and Research, Investment Institutes, Investment Strategy, Financing Strategy, Exiting Strategy, Agent Service, Cases, Policies and Investment Environment, International Venture Capital and VC News Recall. The content also covers important research and practice fields related to venture capital, marco-economics, venture capital developments in provinces and cities all over the country, important research and articles by VC companies etc.
The yearbook collects all of the important materials from 1998 to 2002, and also includes one special part as the database of enterprises and projects seeking for investment, investor readers will find it quite easy to know about venture capital in China and choose their satisfied projects. It will be the only one authoritative reference book available for foreign investors who intend or are intending to enter VC market in China.
Mr. Cheng Siwei, Vice-chairperson of Standing Committee of the NPC, “Father of Venture Capital in China”, is Chief-in-editor of the yearbook.Mr. Zhangjing`an (Director of Venture Capital Association of China), Professor Mannie Liu (Director of Venture Capital Research Centre of Renmin University) are Deputy Chief-in-editor of the book.
The yearbook will be issued to the concerned governmental departments, all the venture capital institutions in China, related large enterprises, high-tech industry development zones all over the country, enterprises seeking for venture capital, libraries of main cities and universities and other related institutions.
In order to support the editing and publication of the yearbook, and provide opportunity for foreign venture capital institutions to show their strength and business, China Venture Capital Yearbook’2002 is seeking for foreign sponsors.
Sponsors of China Venture Capital Yearbook’2002 will enjoy the following rights and interests:
1. Sponsoring institution has one colorful page space to show his business in the yearbook;
2. Sponsoring institution can provide one case or an article published in the yearbook.
3. Sponsoring institution can recommend one of his staff as a member of the Editors Committee of the yearbook, the book will introduce the member especially.
4. Sponsoring institution will receive two yearbooks upon publication in January, 2003.
5. The recommended member will be invited to attend Venture Capital Forum, which will be held in January, 2003.
6. Sponsoring institution will consult VCChina freely on projects seeking for finance.
Sponsor Requirement:
Sponsor should provide not less than 2500US$ for the yearbook by the end of August.
