Mannie Liu
Chairwoman of the Board, Chief Economist
Mannie Liu is the founder, chairman and Chief Economist of VCChina Ltd, a global investment& consultation firm based in Beijing. Under her leadership, VCChina has become one of the leading companies in China's venture capital market.
Ms. Liu has a doctoral degree of economics of Cornell University. She served as research faculty of Harvard University from 1993 to 1997 and is currently professor and Ph.D. student mentor of Renmin University of China. She is also Financial Advisor to Beijing Municipal Government, Director of Boston China Finance Research Center in USA, Director of VC Research Center of Renmin University of China, and Honorary Vice Director of VC Association of China.
Wayne Zhao

Wayne Zhao has a MBA degree of Fudan University.
Prior to joining VCChina, he served as COO with China Financial International Investment Co., Ltd. His earlier posts include manager, Investment Department of National Internet Venture Investment Center, and Project Manager of CCB Xiamen Branch.
Mr. Zhao has a broad background of financing experience, technological expertise and operational knowledge. He is an expert in fund management, venture capital, industry portfolio investment, corporate finance, investment consulting, financing and distribution. He is also in comprehensive and close relationship with companies and other institutions related to finance, hi-tech industry and global capital.
Paul S. Nolan
Director, Chief Consultant
Paul S. Nolan has dual bachelor degrees of Finance (Massachusetts State University) and Strategy Marketing (Michigan State University). He also is an MBA from Chicago University.
Prior to joining VCChina, Paul S. Nolan worked as Financial Director with HCL (USA), Executive Vice President with Mexico Tetra Laval Corp, and Financial Analyst with American Honeywell Corp. He has rich experience in corporate financing, consulting and agent services in investment, financing and distribution. Mr. Nolan has close relationships with domestic and overseas investors and related professional agencies.
Wolfgang Yang
Vice President
Wolfgang Yang has a MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He has rich experience in stock-market investment, venture capital, investing & financing consultation, management consultation.
Mr. Yang has been involved in numerous financing consultation programs for companies in Beijing, Shanghai and other areas. In 2002, entrusted by Shanghai Municipal Personnel Bureau and CPPCC Pudong District, he was financing consultant to more than 50 enterprises founded by return students in Shanghai, with ten agreements signed between enterprises the investors.

She is the founder of Space Machine, Inc. Other posts include: Marketing Director of Nortel Network, Senior Manager of ReSound Corporation, and engineer of AT＆T Bell Laboratories.

Lisa Liang

Lisa Liang has rich experience in marketing, channel management and product promotion. She served as Marketing Manager with Lenovo prior to joining VCChina.
Ms. Liang has a bachelor degree in information resource management from Naikai University.
Jerry Zhao
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Zhao received his bachelor degree in electronic and communication from Ha'erbin Institute of Technology and possesses profound practical knowledge in M&A, corporation reengineering, financing and re-financing, etc.
Working with China National Technoly Import&Export Co. and China Financial International Investment Co., Ltd., he took the positions of project manager and assistant to GM. He also used to work as senior consultant with investment consulting and M&A companies under Beijing Unidevelop Investment & Consulting Co. Ltd.
Bill He
Project Manager
Bill He is Project Manager of VCChina. He has a broad background of mass communications and advertising, and is an expert in business planning and public relations.
Mr. He started his career as research fellow with Xindeco Network Technology Co., Ltd in 2000, and then served as Assistant to General Manager with Fuqing Economic Cooperation Company. Subsequently, he pursued his further education and received a MA degree in Journalism from Beijing Broadcasting Institute.
